Colonial Heights is a brand new townhome community in Katy built by City Choice Homes. It’s gated and has a quiet feel, plus cozy and aesthetically pleasing. It’s tucked right off of I-10, a couple streets back from the shopping center that includes Dick’s Sporting Goods and Ross. I used to live in a rental right next to Colonial Heights, so I can personally speak to it being a perfect location.
